I am a results-driven product leader with over 8 years of experience in driving product strategy, roadmapping, and launches. Throughout my career, I have been skilled at synthesizing user insights, market data, and business goals to deliver innovative products that accelerate growth. My strengths lie in lean product development, Agile methodologies, cross-functional team leadership, and executive stakeholder collaboration.

In my current role as the Chief Product Officer at New IT Venture Corporation, I am responsible for establishing the overall product vision and leading portfolio planning for 8 enterprise SaaS products. I collaborate with UX researchers to synthesize qualitative and quantitative customer insights, and I direct Agile development processes from ideation to launch for continuous delivery of new features. I also build and prioritize product roadmaps and requirements aligned to business objectives, and lead the Agile development team through product design, development, testing, and release. I have successfully launched products for Japanese companies, including a Remittance Core System with APP and a Buy Now Pay Later Core System with APP.

Prior to my current role, I served as a Sr. Project Manager & Sr. Product Owner at New IT Venture Corporation, where I owned the product strategy and roadmap for a core payment system migration project. I partnered with executives to define the remittance product strategy and implemented customer workflow optimizations that drove a 25% increase in conversions. I also managed offshore and onshore teams to deliver features aligned to timeline and budget.

Before that, I worked as a Product Manager at WhiteHat Engineering, where I developed the product vision and go-to-market strategy for a new Metaverse platform. I conducted customer interviews, analyzed data to create user personas, and guided the engineering team through Agile sprints. I successfully launched an MVP within 6 months to validate product-market fit with early adopters.

My experience also includes working as an IT Manager at Gateway Payment Service Pvt. Ltd, where I managed an IT team supporting a payment gateway handling 500K+ transactions per month. I implemented a new data analytics platform, ensured uptime and compliance with security and data protection policies, and reduced transaction processing costs through infrastructure and operations optimization. Additionally, I have experience as a Project Manager at Ants Pvt. Ltd, where I managed a development team across 4 enterprise software products and implemented various systems for 8 banks in Nepal. I have also worked as a Software Engineer at Danfe Soft Teck, where I developed desktop applications for finance and retail verticals.
