At AIonOS, I work between end users and technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable specifications. I’ve contributed to tools including an email orchestrator, AI-driven request classification, and round-robin ticket assignment.
I facilitate requirement workshops and user acceptance testing, and support ongoing tool optimization. My work also includes features to identify missing information and support multilingual operations.
At Fareportal, I conducted UAT and regression, sanity, and unit testing for application modules. I collaborated with cross-functional teams using Azure Boards, Repos, and Pipelines, and monitored pipelines and deployment issues.
Earlier at Fareportal, I developed training content, delivered classroom and virtual programs, and supported new product releases. I also contributed to projects focused on fare calculations, conversion, cross-sell performance, and reducing errors in exchange and cancellation workflows.
