Previously at UPL, I managed servers, networks, CCTV, storage, vendor AMCs, licenses, budgets, ticket workflows, SLAs, RCA, and CAPA across a large manufacturing site for more than four years. I also led a Meraki network refresh and delivered workforce tracking and human-detection surveillance solutions that improved reliability, safety, and situational awareness.
I've supported IT and OT environments in chemical manufacturing and food processing, working closely with production, maintenance, auditors, and vendors. My Data Science certification also supports my work in SQL, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
