I'm looking to lead risk, governance, and transformation in a regulated financial-services environment, partnering with Product and Engineering to modernise controls, strengthen risk maturity, and deliver measurable operational outcomes.

At Societe Generale, I lead risk and governance for Global Markets Accounting transformation, embedding controls, continuous monitoring, and executive-ready risk reporting into operational workflows.

I previously directed operational risk oversight for the RISQ Department, managing a EUR 25M budget and 250+ employees across FRTB, market risk, liquidity risk, and regulatory reporting. I built risk maturity through governance, controls testing, remediation tracking, GRC tooling, and cross-functional partnerships with Product, Engineering, Audit, and executive committees.

My work has included leading a EUR 5M FRTB programme across four geographies, serving as ECB liaison for EUR 1.2 trillion liquidity reporting, reducing Spark data processing from three hours to five minutes, and delivering EUR 14.75M in transformation savings. I translate regulatory obligations into practical controls and use automation and data-led monitoring to strengthen accountability and risk outcomes.
