I established offshore centres of excellence in India for global banks, delivering 40%+ efficiency improvements, and led implementation teams of 50+ professionals. I also designed climate risk assessment frameworks affecting more than $100B in assets across climate-sensitive sectors.

My work spans CCAR/DFAST, EBA, PRA, APRA, climate, COVID-19, and cyber-risk requirements. I've managed 20+ regulatory reviews and led development and validation of 250+ stress-testing models across credit, liquidity, CECL, valuation, fraud, and climate-adjusted scenarios.

I'm passionate about making risk transformation sustainable through senior stakeholder alignment, executive training, knowledge transfer, and capability building. I have trained 100+ professionals and helped banks build stronger model validation and enterprise risk management capabilities.
