I've led governance, planning, prioritisation, financial reporting, and RAID oversight across complex Technology, Risk, Controls/Compliance, and Business portfolios. I turned around a RED-flagged regulatory programme within critical timelines and built Microsoft Copilot agents that saved 45+ manhours per reporting cycle.
