What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT talent acquisition role where I can own end-to-end recruiting, partner with hiring teams on staffing needs, and deliver quality hires fast using ATS, sourcing, and job-board strategies.

I’m a result oriented, proactive talent acquisition professional into IT recruitment, using a collaborative consultative approach to exceed business expectations. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, I manage Talent’s end-to-end recruitment—sourcing through screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and off-boarding.

In my recent role at Cambay Consulting (Dec 2024 – Jul 2025), I handle job requirement understanding and job specifications, run job posts on multiple portals with customized screening questions, and coordinate closely with interviewers and interviewees. I’m also the SPOC for the Technical requirement team, taking feedback and maintaining an ATS-based track of shared profiles, schedules, and status updates.

Earlier, at Click2Cloud Inc., I led resource management across recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and allocation, including talentsupply demand management with leaders to determine staffing needs and ensure delivery in the given turnaround time. I’ve conducted high-volume campus placements, supported a Contract to Hire (C2H) model with Microsoft within SLA, and used tools like LinkedIn Recruiter/X-ray, multiple job boards, and ATS platforms to deliver efficient service delivery.
