I’ve led HR transformation across SaaS, AI, product, consulting, and global capability center environments for 19 years. Most recently, I founded Inflektion People Advisory, where I offer culture and performance transformation and fractional CHRO support.

At Pramata, I served as Director – HR for India Product Engineering and Legal Ops. Previously, as HR Head at HealthAsyst, I supported India and US IT services and product businesses, partnering directly with the CEO.

I’ve improved engagement from 64% to 76%, helped secure Great Place to Work® Certification for three consecutive years, and led M&A HR integration across structures, role hierarchies, compensation, and rewards. I’ve also stabilized attrition below 20% and improved employer ratings from 3.3 to 4.2.

I build practical people systems using workforce analytics, career architecture, leadership development, performance management, and HR automation. My work includes deploying HRIS, LMS, and engagement platforms while coaching leaders to deliver stronger employee and business outcomes.
