What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a recruitment or HR operations role where I can coordinate interviews, support candidates and hiring managers, and apply AI tools to improve communication, scheduling, and hiring workflows.

At JP IT Staffing, I coordinate 20+ interviews each week across multiple hiring teams, managing schedules, calendars, meeting invites, and rescheduling requests.

I'm pursuing a BCA and bring certified Prompt Engineering for GenAI training to recruitment operations. I use ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to streamline recruitment communication and workflows while prioritizing ethical AI use.
