At ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd., I lead change management and BAU for the FICO Blaze rule engine supporting the BO and online buying journey. I govern a rule base of about 18,000 rules and direct an 11-member team.

I delivered a rule engine version upgrade, segregating rules into modular microservices and functions, and contribute to exposing them to peripheral applications and external partners. I also built plugins that automated two recurring reports, reducing effort from six person-days to one.

At ManipalCigna Health Insurance Co. Ltd., I led application support for the core policy administration system and served as Business Analyst and Project Manager for the CRM application. I coordinated development, testing and UAT, and supported user training.

Across insurance roles at Bharti AXA Life Insurance Co. Ltd., ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd. and other organizations, I delivered system changes, product launches, integrations and release governance. I’m building my GenAI capability through an Executive Program in Technology and AI Leadership at IIT Kharagpur and a certificate course in AI and Generative AI in Insurance from the Insurance Institute of India.
