I'm looking to apply business analysis, data insights, stakeholder management, and user-focused design to strategic initiatives that improve customer experience and business outcomes.

I've delivered business analysis, analytics, and process improvement work for ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, OvalEdge, Amazon, and Capgemini. At ICICI Prudential, I analyzed sales funnels, automated CRM-linked dashboards, and supported process automation that reduced lead-to-sale turnaround time by 15%.

At OvalEdge, I authored 23+ BRDs/FRDs for data cataloging and access-control projects, supported four enterprise implementations, and used SQL to profile more than 2,000 data assets. I also managed Scrum boards, led client walkthroughs and UAT demos, and developed presales proposals for data management solutions.
