What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead life insurance technology programs where I can strengthen delivery governance, coordinate complex stakeholders and vendors, and drive predictable outcomes across change, implementation, and product launches.

At Zinnia, I lead governance for 20 concurrent change initiatives for a major life insurance carrier, spanning new business, claims, disbursements, compliance, and policy replacement.

I've led insurance technology delivery across Zinnia, Infomerica, DXC Technology, Inube Software Solutions, Hansa Solutions, and Intellect Design Arena. My work brings together program governance, requirements, release readiness, QA coordination, vendor management, and client engagement.

Earlier, I built my insurance domain foundation at LIC and expanded it through business analysis and implementation work with CGI, Cigna Group Insurance, and CSC in the United States. I also managed a 40+ member team, led RFP and bid activities, and supported Agile delivery as a PMP and Certified ScrumMaster.
