What I'm looking for

I want to lead digital transformation in insurance and banking—owning policy admin upgrades, data pipelines, analytics, and RPA—while building strong teams, introducing DevOps/CI-CD, resolving conflicts, and delivering measurable customer outcomes.

I’m a technology leader with over 26 years in Information Technology and 5 years as a user in the Life Insurance domain (LIC of India). I deliver digital and technology programs across life, P&C, healthcare, banking, and retail—successfully implementing Core Policy Admin platforms, data migration, and integrations with carriers like SBI Life Insurance Ltd, AvanthaErgo Life, Edelweiss Tokio Life, and Insular Life (Manila). I’ve also led core banking implementation programs for United Western Bank Ltd, Ratnakar Bank, and National Bank of Bahrain.

As a General Manager – Technology Sol. and Program Director, I build and lead teams up to 150 FTE, with ownership of P&L on large contracts. I drive modernization through DevOps/CI-CD, and focus on advanced data pipelines (FUSE, Apache Airflow, Kafka), analytics, and RPA (UiPath, Kryon Systems, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism) to improve delivery confidence, reduce costs, and turn capabilities into profit centers.
