I've supported international B2B software customers at IES Ltd. across APAC, ANZ, India, and U.S. markets, helping customers move from onboarding through adoption, renewal support, and expansion conversations.

I recovered an at-risk renewal after uncovering 180 days of product inactivity and helping restore product usage. I also protected a global customer relationship by coordinating a critical software escalation for a Singapore operation and helping drive resolution within 48 hours.

I work closely with Sales and Technical teams to translate customer requirements into action, resolve adoption barriers, and identify upsell, cross-sell, and additional-module opportunities. During Sales Support, I supported onboarding, post-sales coordination, and account continuity for more than 100 customer accounts annually.

I've also built ChurnRadar, an AI-assisted customer health and risk-scoring project that uses usage, engagement, renewal timing, account value, support activity, sentiment, and login inactivity to prioritize retention and growth actions.
