I am an HR & Admin professional with extensive experience across recruitment, HR operations, and administrative support in IT and non-IT environments. I have worked with end-to-end hiring processes, campus recruitment, and coordination with recruitment agencies.

At V3iT Consulting Pvt. Ltd., I managed full-cycle recruitment for IT roles, maintained HR records, administered statutory compliance (PF, ESIC), and prepared salary slips and HR documentation. I improved onboarding through structured induction programs and streamlined confirmation and appointment processes.

Previously, I served as HR Executive at Inoventic Tech Solutions handling joiner/leaver documentation, inductions, and personnel record management, and as Sales Executive / Assistant Trainer / HR Executive at Logic Computer Center conducting job fairs, training placements, and marketing for training programs.
