I seek HR roles focused on recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations in a collaborative environment that values growth, compliance, and opportunities to expand HR responsibilities.

I am an HR professional with hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee recordkeeping, and policy communication. At Careernet Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I collaborated with the HR team to recruit top talent, guided new hires through the interview and hiring process, and maintained accurate employee files for a company of over 500 employees.

I bring practical knowledge of HRIS tools (GreytHR), Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets, plus strengths in conflict resolution, discretion, and interpersonal communication.
