At Sakon, I lead telecom vendor management and a 15-member team. I’ve streamlined vendor onboarding, client implementation, and SLA compliance, and directed Electronic Invoice Media Conversion to improve invoice-processing efficiency.
I led the Password Manager Pro rollout for 73 customers within three months, covering implementation strategy, onboarding, configuration, access setup, and user training. I also serve as an expert-level administrator for Password Manager Pro, managing credential access across the organization.
Before becoming Team Lead, I managed vendor onboarding and client implementations at Sakon, and built a vendor management template adopted across client accounts. At BancTec TPS India Pvt. Ltd., I investigated missing payments for Barclays Bank customers, created and verified SWIFT messages, and prepared transaction reports.
