Previously, I led global customer transition activities at Tech Mahindra, including an onsite engagement in Germany, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and service continuity. Across telecom operations, billing, fraud analysis, risk, collections, and customer support, I've used Root Cause Analysis and cross-functional collaboration to improve service quality and customer experience.
