I’m looking to lead operations and production for high-stakes, international creative projects—where stakeholder alignment, research depth, and database-driven tracking keep teams moving fast without sacrificing quality.

I’m a meticulous Operations Lead and Producer with over 8 years of experience in high-pressure project coordination. I’m at ease with high-stakes stakeholder communication, managing parallel workstreams, and using database-driven tracking for international ventures.

Most recently, I served as 2nd Unit Assistant Production Manager for an original AppleTV film, TASHI, shot at 4000 meters in Khumjung, Nepal. I coordinated lodging for 50 crew members across three remote locations (Phakding, Namche Bazaar, Khumjung), regularly trekking between villages to keep hotel owners aligned, while also managing crew sizes from 30+ to 100+ on feature and ad film sets.

I also lead production strategy and creative documentation across campaigns and series: I was production lead on 50+ ad film campaigns, produced 5 social-first marketing films that increased online viewership by 2x in 3 months, and created specialist talent databases spanning modelling, lighting, rendering, retouch, and animation. Alongside production work, I’ve done deep research and analysis—script coverage and film analysis reports, ethnographic consumer research for Unilever across 5 countries, and first-QC evaluation for a mobile game—so I can connect operational precision with editorial and commercial judgment.
