In my current role as a Product Support Specialist at Netcore Cloud, I lead technical troubleshooting and support for onboarding accounts, assisting clients with product adoption and issue resolution. My collaborative work with cross-functional teams has been instrumental in resolving critical incidents and escalations. I am proud to have been recognized as a Rising Star in 2024 for my outstanding contributions to customer support and problem resolution.

Previously, as a Customer Success Engineer at CleverTap, I provided technical support across various regions, including APAC, EM, INDIA, and US/LATAM.
