I'm looking to lead end-to-end HR operations where I can strengthen recruitment, payroll, benefits, compliance, employee engagement, and scalable HR frameworks across India and US workforces.

At OHI Operations, I manage US HR operations spanning recruitment, onboarding, ADP and Paycor payroll, Employee Navigator benefits, and 401(k) administration.

I've led end-to-end HR functions for OHI Operations, Gramton Weighing Automation, Variate Solar, and Care Infinity Consultant, covering workforce planning, recruitment drives, employee relations, performance management, and engagement. I also develop HR policies, SOPs, handbooks, and compliance frameworks for growing organizations.
