I’m looking for a practice where precision and commercial instincts are equally valued—advising on commercial contracts, corporate compliance, and data-protection matters, and handling litigation support when needed.

I’m an advocate based in Delhi with two years of commercial and regulatory compliance practice, currently advising on corporate compliance, commercial contract drafting, and DPDP Act implementation for technology and corporate clients.

At Pavan Duggal Associates, I’ve developed Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI compliance frameworks (policy drafting, procedures, and monitoring), supported trademark registration end-to-end, and assisted in cross-border DPDP/GDPR gap analysis. I’ve also appeared before the Delhi High Court and District Courts, and earlier handled contract negotiations plus multi-forum litigation files at Sanjay Mann & Associates and legal intern work across Delhi High Court matters.
