I seek an in-house legal role focused on corporate law, compliance, contracts, and data protection within a growth-oriented team that values legal technology, mentorship, and hands-on responsibility.

I am a legal professional specializing in corporate law, compliance, and contract drafting, gained through multiple internships across law firms and advisory roles. I combine strong legal research with practical drafting and regulatory support experience.

I have worked on investment banking transaction documents, M&A due diligence, NDAs, and insolvency matters before NCLT, and supported litigation and corporate dispute preparation. My internship work included drafting briefs, conducting legal due diligence, and attending tribunal proceedings.

I publish on emerging legal issues including AI, virtual assets, neuro-rights, and transgender rights, and have earned certifications in intellectual property, legal research, and cybersecurity fundamentals. I have also competed in moot court and client counseling competitions and held leadership roles in MUN and campus organizing committees.

I am pursuing Company Secretary qualifications to broaden corporate governance expertise and am keen to grow in an in-house legal team where I can focus on data protection, legal technology, and compliance while taking on increasing responsibility and impact.
