At AMSOFT International, I draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including MSAs, service, vendor, marketing and partnership contracts, while supporting transaction documents such as SPAs, SHAs and Business Transfer Agreements.
I've led legal work across due diligence, mergers and acquisitions support, contract-risk guardrails, statutory filings, pre-litigation disputes and consumer-forum matters. Previously at Provana India, I managed a portfolio of 10 major clients and led drafting, review and negotiation for real estate, lease, leave-and-license and membership portfolios.
My earlier work at Vatasala Law Chamber and as a freelance legal professional included contracts, writ petitions, pleadings, legal notices, property matters, intellectual property-focused artist agreements and partnership agreements. I also bring legal research experience from the Delhi High Court and published writing on consumer behavior, media trials and cyber-crimes.
