I’m a corporate-focused advocate with 2.5+ years of progressive legal experience across commercial litigation, corporate law, and transactional documentation. I enjoy technology-driven environments and I’m eager to build deeper expertise in ESOPs, equity structures, and cross-border corporate work.

At Suvigya Legal (Mar. 2025 – Present), I serve as a Senior Associate — Corporate, Commercial & Consumer Law. I’ve drafted and negotiated commercial lease agreements, including a Rs. 36 lakh three-year commercial property transaction, and I handle corporate recovery and debt recovery proceedings for commercial clients.

I draft commercial contracts, NDAs, and service agreements, and I conduct legal due diligence and research to support client strategy. I also appear before NCDRC and State Consumer Commissions in high-value consumer disputes, including matters involving Tata Motors and Toyota Material Handling India.

Earlier, at Prashant Ghai Law Offices, I managed complex matrimonial and civil matters with daily court appearances and used deep legal research to identify technical arguments and gaps in law. I began with multi-jurisdiction litigation (SLPs, writ petitions, PILs, criminal revision petitions) across courts up to the Supreme Court, and I’ve also supported IBC and SARFAESI Act matters, arbitration work, and even designed a firm’s official website.
