I seek a role where I can draft and negotiate commercial agreements, handle IP matters, contribute to due diligence, and grow within a collaborative legal team.

I am a legal consultant with hands-on experience drafting and vetting a wide range of commercial agreements, conducting due diligence, and supporting client negotiations. My work spans NDAs, SaaS and software licensing agreements, joint venture and shareholder agreements, and transaction documentation.

I have practical litigation and IP experience from internships and roles involving trademark e-filing, examination reports, opposition proceedings, case‑law research, and courtroom follow-ups. I prepare due diligence reports, draft pleadings and counterstatements, and assist senior counsel during negotiations.

I hold a B.B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) and am currently pursuing a Master of Business Law. I seek to apply my contract drafting, IP, and transactional skills to support commercial legal teams and drive compliant, business-aligned outcomes.
