I’m a detail-oriented Legal & Compliance professional with an LL.M., focused on practical regulatory research, statutory compliance, and clear legal documentation. I identify applicable regulations, interpret legal provisions from a compliance perspective, and support timely filings with accuracy.

In my recent role as a Legal Associate at The Precept Law Office, I conducted regulatory and legal research for corporate matters and assisted with statutory compliance processes and filings. I drafted and reviewed corporate and commercial agreements to ensure enforceability and legal compliance, and I supported due diligence by identifying gaps in documentation and processes.

I also build strong compliance foundations by maintaining compliance documentation and records, tracking compliance obligations, and following up on deadlines.
