I’m an Associate Program Manager with more than 10+ years of ERP industry experience and 6 years of ecommerce industry experience, working in SaaS, Global Trade, and Agile environments. I manage multiple engineering projects across cross-functional Scrum teams, using JIRA to drive clarity and accountability.
I lead program governance by running weekly meetings with engineering leadership, monitoring delivery health, and coordinating risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans. I generate executive-level dashboards and weekly reports, including interactive JIRA and HTML dashboards, to surface sprint progress, KPIs, and customer escalations.
I also strengthen delivery through AI-assisted workflows, leveraging Cursor AI and Claude AI to automate report generation and improve productivity. In previous roles, I served as a Senior Compliance Data Analyst / Scrum Master, managing global compliance data updates (Denied Party Lists, ECCN, AES, Embargoed content, etc.), and I led quality oversight and mentoring as a Group Leader.

Researched and updated global compliance data (e.g., Denied Party Lists, ECCN, AES, embargoed content) for client integration. Managed Agile sprints using JIRA and Confluence and supported tool improvements through testing and feedback.
Led end-to-end e-commerce cataloging operations for the Shopladder website and ensured accurate product page activation from high-volume unformatted data. Transitioned into a Quality Analysis/QA leadership role for data integrity and client compliance, including leading the eBay quality team and contributing to Walmart using JIRA.
