I’m looking for a role where I can lead operations and compliance end-to-end—driving SLA/TAT results, workflow improvements, and high-quality KYC/AML outcomes, while mentoring teams and building measurable efficiency and retention.

I’m an operations and back-office Team Leader with 17.5 years of experience managing end-to-end workflows across third-party distribution, retail operations, and BPO processes. I’m known for improving operational efficiency while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards.

At Powerweave Software Services Pvt. Ltd., I lead back-office operations across US markets, managing order processing, product delivery, workflow development, and data integrity. I also completed on-the-job training programs for new hires and built performance-based incentive and recognition systems to support retention and internal growth.
