I’m looking to write and optimize lifecycle, marketing, and UX content that feels warm and conversational—while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive engagement, retention, and user action across multiple channels.

I’m a PR/Content Strategist and Copywriter who turns brand ideas into compelling stories for campaigns, launches, and key announcements. I craft clear, engaging content across emailers, web, WhatsApp, push notifications, and UX writing—tailored to each platform’s audience.

My work focuses on lifecycle and marketing content that drives engagement, retention, and user action. I write and optimize with an eye for detail, using research-backed messaging and a warm, conversational tone that communicates in the language the audience desires.

In my roles, I’ve worked closely with marketing, design, growth, and leadership teams to bring ideas to life end-to-end. As Head Content Writer/Editor/Team Lead (2023–2026), I led interactive tech-related walkabout blogs and delivered content outcomes with strong editorial standards.
