I'm looking to improve customer journeys, retention, and operational efficiency through data-driven problem-solving, process improvement, and automation.

At Shyft, I lead operations across nutrition, therapy, customer experience, and revenue operations, using data to improve retention, service quality, and user journeys.

I launched the therapy vertical with co-founders, onboarded 25+ therapists, and managed daily operations and sales for 5,000+ consultations. I improved user retention from 40% to 50% and built automated retention trackers for faster decisions.

I also manage nutrition and CX teams, improve follow-up bookings through personalised engagement, and create clear content, training, and support processes. Earlier, I created nutrition content and delivered webinars at Plex Wellness.
