I'm looking to apply research-led nutrition expertise to clinical care, wellness products, and early-stage teams, with opportunities to shape evidence-based formulations, personalized nutrition experiences, and corporate wellness programs.

I've spent over nine years translating nutrition research into personalized care, digital health products, and food concepts. As a UGC NET-JRF-qualified dietitian and published researcher, I work across clinical, metabolic, postpartum, and wellness nutrition.

At Gabit, I built a comprehensive nutrition database and developed algorithms for customized meal plans. I also improved product experience through competitive benchmarking, consultation quality control, nutritionist training, and technical interviews.

Through The Nutrition Boutique, I support clients with weight, metabolic, and postpartum health while designing corporate wellness workshop frameworks. I also advise founders and early-stage teams on D2C formulations, supplement quality standards, go-to-market strategy, packaging, nutrition labelling, and regulatory compliance.
