I’m a Category and merchandising leader with 8+ years across India’s leading marketplaces—Meesho, Qalara, Bijnis, and Udaan. I own how customers discover, browse, and buy through assortment, pricing, promotions, and storefront—built into repeatable systems that move conversion and GMV.
In platform and cross-border growth, I co-founded a B2B commerce platform and served as Co-Founder & Head of Platform & Supply, where I built a B2B wholesale storefront from scratch on Shopify and created product-led to collection-led merchandising. I also owned a 350+ brand pipeline with structured scoring and a landed-cost (DDP) pricing model to protect margin across duties, freight, and currency.
I bring hands-on results from category leadership too: at Bijnis I improved CRM CTR from 0.9% to 2.4%, cut revenue leakage 30%, and lifted collection CTR ~1.5x while leading teams across storefront, category, content, CRM, and data.
