I’m a Jira Administrator and Atlassian Consultant with around 4 years of experience supporting enterprise-scale Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Bitbucket across Data Center and Cloud. I take ownership of end-to-end administration—project creation, workflow design, custom fields, permissions, notifications, security schemes, and system governance—to keep Atlassian platforms stable and scalable.

I’ve successfully contributed to large-scale Jira and Confluence migration programs from Data Center to Cloud, including migration assessment, configuration and user mapping, cutover execution, rollback planning, hyper-care support, and post-migration stabilization. I also bring hands-on automation using ScriptRunner and Groovy (plus REST integrations) to streamline workflows and governance, along with Jira Service Management administration (request types, SLAs, queues, portals) and identity management through LDAP/Active Directory/SSO. From advanced JQL reporting and dashboards to deep troubleshooting via logs and diagnostics, I focus on reliable delivery with clear documentation and strong stakeholder communication.
