What I'm looking for

I’m open to relocation and flexible work arrangements, including remote, hybrid, onsite, and on-call support.

At HCLTech, I administer and support Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence for enterprise environments serving 2,500+ users across 500+ projects and spaces.

I designed and implemented 10+ native Jira Automation rules and enhanced 10+ existing automations, saving a business team approximately 30 hours of manual effort per week.

I contributed to a large-scale Jira and Confluence Data Center-to-Cloud migration, supporting access validation, migration testing, production readiness checks, and post-migration verification.

I also work on platform governance and standardization, identity and provisioning with Atlassian Guard, SAML, and SCIM, and production support. I’m open to relocation and flexible work arrangements, including remote, hybrid, onsite, and on-call support.
