At Liberty Group Limited (Libfin), I lead end-of-day reporting and support trade- and risk-related reports that help stakeholders make informed decisions while maintaining regulatory compliance.
I provide technical support for key business applications, diagnose incidents within MTTR and SLA targets, and monitor application behaviour for recurring risks. I also support upgrades, patches, releases, regression testing, and user acceptance testing to keep systems stable and secure.
Previously at Ernest & Young, I mapped relational database data, reviewed and maintained SQL queries, views, and stored procedures, and documented business needs to create focused solutions.
I began building my testing experience at Glucode, using Cucumber to develop mobile application scenarios and test cases and conducting regression testing before production releases.
