What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can lead QA and BI testing efforts, improve reporting accuracy, and collaborate cross-functionally in a supportive, process-driven environment.

I am an IT Business Support Consultant and Software Quality professional with extensive experience in testing, incident management, BI report maintenance, and change processes. I combine hands-on technical testing skills with strong stakeholder communication and user training abilities.

Over my career I have owned test strategy, created and executed test plans and cases, and supported API, performance and functional testing across large enterprise systems. I have led CAB coordination, maintained BI report schedules, and ensured data accuracy for production reporting.

My technical background includes working with Java, Spring, Maven, microservices, SQL and NoSQL, various testing tools (Selenium, JMeter, Postman, TestRail), and DevOps/CI practices. I have practical desktop and support experience from helpdesk and IT support roles through to QA lead responsibilities.

I deliver clear documentation, training, and cross-team collaboration to ensure quality releases and smooth change implementations, and I seek roles where I can continue improving test maturity, reporting accuracy, and user outcomes.
