At Netcracker Technology, I administer and enhance Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence for complex enterprise projects. I configure workflows, security schemes, permissions, custom fields, dashboards, reports, spaces, templates, macros, plugins, and integrations.
I've supported large-scale Atlassian migrations, including Jira Service Management and Jira Data Center to Cloud migrations for around 10,000 users, plus Confluence migrations involving millions of pages. Previously at PayPal India, I contributed to a Data Center to Cloud Jira migration for 25,000+ users and administered Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
I work across Server, Data Center, and Cloud environments, leading upgrades, compatibility checks, maintenance, performance tuning, indexing, log analysis, root-cause analysis, and vulnerability-driven version upgrades. I also test integrations with third-party systems and use JMeter for Confluence stress and load testing.
I enjoy making Atlassian tools simpler for the people who use them every day through clear documentation, end-user support, and training. I collaborate with developers, Linux support teams, and technical teams to resolve blockers and deliver practical platform improvements.
