I am looking for a customer-facing role in a supportive team where I can use my communication and collections experience, continue learning, and contribute to organizational targets.

I am an M.A. in Economics with practical experience in financial services and collections, bringing two years of telecalling experience at HDB Finance Services and current employment at ICICI Lombard GIC. I combine a Six Month Diploma in Computer skills with strengths in problem analysis, teamwork, punctuality, and a positive, hardworking attitude.
