I've supported shop-floor production engineering at ALUMEX PLC, coordinating CNC machining, tooling, bending operations, fixtures, molds, and OEE/data workflows.
I developed a CNC Production & Cycle-Time Management System that connected specifications, cycle times, tooling, production records, shifts, analytics, and reporting into a single workflow. I also redesigned an export tool crate in SolidWorks, increasing capacity from approximately 180–200 to up to 400 pieces.
Across 35+ independently delivered projects, I take work from requirement clarification through planning, execution, testing, and client handover. My projects span mechanical design, embedded systems, IoT, automation, and AI-enabled prototypes, including a modular electric skateboard with ESP32 control, VESC motor control, telemetry, and obstacle alerts.
