At Hemas Manufacturing (Pvt) Ltd., I designed and fabricated an automated bottle insertion-to-jig system for the Baby Cheramy cream-filling line at the Dankotuwa facility. The project replaces a manual station with vision-verified handling using a delta robot, machine vision, and PLC coordination.

For my Maldives fish drying machine project, I designed a solar-hybrid rotary tray-drum dryer and completed the CAD assembly and CFD airflow study. The project was developed into a conference paper for IERS 2026.

My other projects include PLC-based machine control, a vision-driven line-following robot with Dijkstra route optimization, and a smart parking system using vehicle classification and slot detection.

I'm completing a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Ruhuna, with a focus on Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering. My hands-on experience also includes internships at Jayasiri Automobile, Brandix Essentials (Pvt) Ltd., and Sobhadhanawi LNG Power Plant, LTL Holdings (Pvt) Ltd.
