I investigated disputed transactions, coordinated resolution with internal teams, and maintained accurate documentation in a high-volume banking environment.

At Marsh McLennan, I managed financial operations and fiduciary processes for 150+ global clients, including AR, AP, cash allocation, payment application, account reconciliation, month-end close, and revenue exposure analysis.

My earlier investment banking operations work at eClerx included transaction reconciliation, trade settlement monitoring, Oracle postings, derivatives validation, operational reporting, risk assessments, and automation initiatives. I bring a consistent focus on accuracy, process controls, root-cause analysis, and timely resolution.
