I’m an entry-level HR & Finance candidate with an MBA (HR & Finance) from VTU and a B.Com background. I bring hands-on exposure to the recruitment lifecycle and employee reward systems.

In my HR internship at Bansal Aradhya Private Limited, I supported organizational study to understand company structure, HR policies, and departmental workflows. I also assisted in documenting employee onboarding and HR documentation practices while gaining exposure to statutory compliance and HRMS tools in an SME environment.

In my project internship at Indian Cane Power Limited, I analyzed the “Reward and Promotion Policy” to evaluate its impact on employee retention and motivation. I collected and interpreted employee feedback data to recommend improvements for the performance appraisal system and presented how reward structures can align with organizational goals.

I’m proficient with MS Excel and core finance fundamentals, and I enjoy turning data into practical improvements. I’m currently seeking entry-level HR/Finance roles in Bangalore to apply my academic knowledge in real business settings.
