I’m a motivated MBA candidate (HR & Finance) with 4 months of hands-on HR internship experience where I supported talent acquisition end-to-end, new employee onboarding, statutory compliance, and payroll at Almi Solar. I streamlined the recruitment lifecycle by coordinating resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding—helping reduce average time-to-hire.

I also strengthened decision-making through KPI-driven HR reporting: I executed performance management data collection for quarterly appraisals and built MIS reports and HR dashboards using MS Excel. Alongside my operations work, I conducted primary research on workforce scheduling challenges and their impact on retention, publishing findings in ISJEM, and I’m now seeking an entry-level HR or Finance Analyst role to apply analytical skills, compliance knowledge, and reporting rigor in a growth-oriented organization.
