I am seeking an entry-level HR role where I can apply analytical rigor and people-centric strategies, contribute to performance management and employee engagement, and grow in a collaborative, learning-focused organization.

I am an MBA graduate with dual specialization in Human Resources and Finance, combining strategic management, financial analysis, and talent development to drive organizational growth. I have led cross-functional projects, conducted performance appraisal analysis, and delivered actionable HR recommendations grounded in data.
