I’m looking to lead HR strategy as an HRBP—building scalable processes, partnering with leadership on performance and culture, and owning global hiring and remote workforce engagement.

I’m an HR leader with 8+ years of experience across HRBP, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations, working in both startup and enterprise environments. I specialize in building HR functions from scratch, scaling teams, and improving employee engagement through practical, measurable systems.

In my recent roles, I’ve led end-to-end HR performance management and partnering with leadership to drive performance, culture, and organizational growth. I’ve also managed remote workforce operations for 100+ employees across locations, ensuring clarity, collaboration, and sustained engagement.
