What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote Customer Success or Technical Account Management role with a SaaS company.

At Open Weaver, I partnered with customers from requirement discovery and demos through purchase and onboarding as Technical Sales Lead. I coached and provided technical guidance to a 12-member sales team that consistently achieved a target of 35 website sales per day.

As Senior Developer Advocate at Open Weaver, I drove adoption of Studio and Kandi across IITs, IIMs and T-Hub Hyderabad. I trained and certified 10,000+ students, delivered live sessions to 750+ attendees at once, and created tutorials and documentation to support onboarding and retention.

Earlier, I trained developers and students in AI, Machine Learning and Cloud deployment at Edunet Foundation, and taught Computer Science at Madhav Institute of Technology & Science (MITS), Gwalior. At Siemens Research Lab, I built AWS monitoring solutions using CloudWatch to improve metric extraction and operational visibility.
