As a freelance Customer Success & Technical Training Specialist, I onboard and support customers across the US, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Europe, and Asia. I deliver one-on-one training and troubleshooting in Python, Java, SQL, and data analysis.

I built Python and Google Sheets workflows to track customer data, sessions, payments, and attendance. These workflows reduced manual reporting time by approximately 98% through automated data extraction and processing.

I prepare onboarding materials, demonstrations, and individualized success plans, and help customers from the University of Toronto, Wilfrid Laurier University, Monash University, and York University with coursework and project requirements.

Previously, I supported application enhancements and troubleshooting for DXC Assure Claims at DXC Technology, and collaborated with stakeholders on application issues and production releases at ELP Aviation. I use Jira and Bitbucket to track issues and support work in Agile, distributed environments.
