What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a placement/training leadership role where I can design recruitment strategies, run placement drives and mock interviews, grow corporate relationships, and guide students end-to-end from interview to onboarding.

I’m a Placement Manager focused on the full student-to-employment career cycle—coordinating placement drives, internships, and other placement activities, while helping students from interview through onboarding. I bring new clientele, maintain relationships with existing corporate partners, and keep recruitment databases and systems current to support consistent hiring outcomes.

Earlier, I led training and placement initiatives by developing recruitment strategies and strengthening students’ soft skills and interview readiness through mock tests and interviews. As an Associate Professor / TPO, I designed placement policy, built stronger college–corporate connections through HR CONNECT, and supported students via profiling, assessment, structured training, and feedback-driven improvement.
