I’m a Training & Placement Officer and HR & Recruitment professional with 12 years of experience across IT and Non-IT recruitment. I currently manage end-to-end training, employability development, internships, and placement activities for B.Com and BBA students at St. Mary’s Centenary Degree College.

I’ve consistently delivered strong placement outcomes, including facilitating campus placement outcomes for 107 students via a multi-company drive and placing 112 students through campus placements. I also enabled 450 students to complete IBM SkillBuild Java certification to improve technical readiness and employability.

I build structured employability and CRT programs for 1st to final-year cohorts, coordinating training that improves interview conversion and recruiter feedback. I’ve delivered resume workshops, mock interviews, GDs, and career awareness activities for 1,000+ students cumulatively, and coordinated a 15-day Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) program.

On the recruitment side, I’m strong in talent acquisition across BFSI, IT, Infrastructure, Engineering, Finance, and Services—handling candidate assessment, stakeholder management, ATS tracking, compliance, and recruitment metrics. I’ve sourced and delivered roles using tools and platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri, built partnerships with 20+ corporate recruiters and training partners, and supported hiring targets for entry-level to senior positions.
